‘Śliczne Housing Estate’ at Śliczna Street consists of three dwelling houses, situated around an inner courtyard with limited access.
There are 161 flats and 79 spaces in an underground parking garage.
Spacial development and destination:
a. quite small buildings: with 2 or 3 staircases,
b. height: a five-storey building (above ground) with a last storey dominant, with a full basement,
c. on the basement level of each building one can find underground parking garages,
d. large balconies finished with HPL panels and perforated aluminium brass enhance the quality of the elevation.

All buildings are equipped with spacious and comfortable lifts. The planting of evergreen plants, the illumination and playground was carefully designed.
The staircases were based on the design of Andrzej Pośpiech, and were acclaimed as ‘the most beautiful staircases’ by the newspaper Echo Miasta. |
