Silesia Apartments were built and completed with the use of top quality materials. The elevation was made of black and dark-red clinker bricks, rusticated plaster, impregnated wood and HPL panels. The furnishings of apartments include:

• steel panel radiators by VNH, ladder bathroom radiators,
• full electrical fittings, POLO type,
• phone, internet and RTV socket in every room,
• remote transmission of readings of water and central heating meters.
