Euro–dom has been cooperating for many years with a team of architects managed by D. Arch Maciej Hawrylak from the design studio: asw studio projektowe Maciej Hawrylak, which has designed i.a. AB CENTRUM (nominated for the SARP award in 2003), and worked as a co-designer for the following projects:

  • the luxurious estate ‘Park Rublowo’ in Moscow,
  • the apartments ‘Birkenhof’ and ‘Wiessig II’ in Dresden (for KMS+P from Dresden).

The team has moreover drawn up a plan for the redevelopment of Społeczny Square in Wrocław (the 3rd prize awarded by the Municipal Council in 2007).

Maciej Hawrylak is also the author of the design of Leopoldinum Residence at Zyndrama z Maszkowic Street with 28 apartments with a total floor area of 4,600 m2, Silesia Apartment Buildings at Władysława Jagiełły Street, and the currently developed project ‘Odra House’ at Długa Street.

The author of the interior designs for Euro-dom’ investments - halls, corridors, staircases, saunas, fitness facilities with equipment – is Andrzej Pośpiech, one of the most acknowledged interior designers in Wrocław and a multiple prizewinner, awarded with the main prizes in competitions for the best interior of the year, who developed projects for ‘Pod Zielonym Kogutem’ pub, ‘Vincent’ restaurant, ‘Guiness’ pub, ‘Cesarsko Królewska’ restaurant, ‘Paparazzi’ cafe bar and many other buildings.
