Odra House will be built and completed with use of materials of the highest quality. The building’s elevation will be made of white structural plaster with various shades of grey and combined with wooden, euronit and trepsa sidings. Walls of the above-ground part of the building will be build in silicate blocks, whereas 12 cm thick partition walls and 25 cm inter-dilatational walls will ensure very good acoustics of flats.
Standard furnishing of apartments include i.a.:

Heating will be provided by municipal heat distribution network, and the building will be additionally equipped with small central units enabling:
